Princes Gate

A seven-floor, new-build apartment building in Knightsbridge designed and built by SPINK. Princes Gate is a high-quality, 21st century interpretation of the traditional London mansion block, with six luxurious four or five-bedroom apartments within. The site, a former office building, allowed for a complete demolition and the new building was designed with fewer floors to create the increased floor to ceiling heights that are so often compromised in new builds. In addition to our work in perfecting each apartment’s proportions and design, we captured the leafy views at both front and rear. The development features a high level of acoustic insulation from neighbours and the city alike. All apartments were sold at record prices.
